Hopefully you will have all received the email we sent last week advising of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM, we are proposing some changes to the team following the departure of Blair York, the current STONZ treasurer.
Because of this we are now accepting nominations to fill the House Officer Representative role (this is an Executive Committee position). If you are interested in this role, please email support@stonz.co.nz and we will provide information about the process. You can also find the position description on the STONZ website HERE.
One of the important functions of our AGM will be to vote on the proposed changes and vote in any new members, so your participation is encouraged. We’ll also be reviewing the financial position of the union following our annual independent audit, and proposing some small changes to our constitution.
The AGM will be held via ZOOM, 7.30pm, 20th July 2022, please rsvp to support@stonz.co.nz and we will send you a link a day prior to the meeting.
