The main roles and responsibilities of our delegate team include:
Delegates are the first point of contact/the go to person in their hospital/specialty for STONZ member queries and know when to escalate to the STONZ support team or executive when required.
Delegates are encouraged to work in a collegial and progressive way with Districts and Te Whatu Ora.
Delegates strive to uphold the philosophies and values of the STONZ team.
Delegates attend: Annual delegate training; PGY1 orientation at their hospital; and the STONZ AGM.
